We build software for highly regulated domains such as defence, government, aerospace and medical engineering, so our data handling, data isolation and information security practices are designed to meet the standards those domains require.

We only collect data that is essential for delivering, managing, and securing our software systems. This includes:

• Account Metadata: Contact information, name, organization, email, and authentication credentials.
• Deployment Telemetry: Anonymized performance diagnostics, system latency, error logs, and host environment settings.
• Input Queries: Information, scripts, or operational parameters explicitly fed into our preliminary testing sandboxes.

3. Data Security & Isolation Standards

Unlike generic public cloud services, Intants enforces strict data isolation barriers:

• No Model Training: We do not utilize your proprietary data, code repositories, or operational scripts to train public artificial intelligence models.
• Strict Isolation: In commercial setups, client data is hosted in dedicated, sandboxed environments. Air-gapped and on-premises physical host deployments are fully supported for sovereign agencies.
• Data Encryption: All information is encrypted using industry-standard AES-256 protocols at rest and TLS 1.3 in transit.

4. Third-Party Sharing

Intants does not sell, lease, or distribute your data to any third-party advertising networks. We only share information with vetted infrastructure subprocessors (such as secure cloud hosting providers) to the extent necessary to keep our platforms operational. All subcontractors are legally bound by strictly structured non-disclosure and processing agreements.

5. Regulatory Compliance

We design our data governance pipelines to align with primary international compliance frameworks, including the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and the Digital Personal Data Protection (DPDP) Act of 2023 in India. We support requests for data access, porting, and permanent deletion.

6. Data Retention Policies

We retain collected telemetry and metadata only as long as necessary to fulfill the operational purposes detailed in this policy or to comply with legally mandated audit obligations. Once data is no longer required, it is securely purged or fully anonymized using professional cryptographic techniques.
