These Terms of Use constitute a legally binding contract between you (whether individually or on behalf of an enterprise entity) and Intants Private Limited regarding your access to and utilization of our software products, custom agent orchestration layers, and digital platforms. By accessing or using our services, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by all of these terms. If you do not agree, you are prohibited from utilizing our platforms.

2. Scope of Service

Intants provides high-end software development, custom agentic frameworks, and digital deployment systems. The specific boundaries, operational SLAs, and commercial structures for paid engagements are defined in separate executed Master Services Agreements (MSAs) or Statement of Works (SOWs). These Terms of Use govern the general access to our websites, testing environments, and preliminary demonstration portals.

3. Intellectual Property Rights

Unless otherwise specified, all source code, databases, software designs, WebGL assets, algorithms, and website layouts are owned or licensed by Intants Private Limited. This material is protected by copyright, trademark, and other proprietary laws of India and international treaties. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access the website for informational purposes. Any reproduction, distribution, or reverse-engineering of our proprietary source code without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.

4. Acceptable Conduct

You agree to utilize our platforms only for lawful purposes. You shall not engage in any activity that damages, disables, or overburdens our hosting infrastructure. You are prohibited from attempting to bypass our security measures, scraping our website datasets, using automated scripts to extract information, or introducing malicious code into our systems.

5. User Accounts & Security

If any part of our service requires account registration, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and preventing unauthorized access to your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any suspected security breach. Intants will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your login information.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Intants Private Limited, its directors, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or goodwill, arising from your utilization of or inability to access our services. Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall be capped at the total fees paid by you to Intants during the three months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

7. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms of Use and your utilization of our platforms shall be governed by and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts located in Bangalore, Karnataka, India.

8. Term Modifications

We reserve the right to amend these Terms of Use at any time. We will post updates directly to this page and modify the updated date accordingly. Your continued use of our systems following the posting of modifications indicates your formal acceptance of the revised Terms of Use.
